Diapers Pedia

The biggest factor in any diaper product’s absorption performance is the inner core and the materials used to fabricate it.  Common diaper products use plant-based fibrous materials combined with pulp.  To further increase the rate of liquid absorption, small amounts of superabsorbent particles (SAP) are also used.  However, because SAPs are extremely expensive, the amount of SAP used varies from brand to brand (and even from product to product).  Parents who have babies with high-discharge tendencies are therefore recommended to look for products that have high SAP content.
