Wonder Wraps, a MGHL Subsidiary, Announces Quality and Environmental Certifications for its Factory

Wonder Wraps, a diaper brand subsidiary of Marvel Group Holdings Limited, is produced solely at its self-owned factory in Jiangxi, China. The factory’s mission, of exceeding customer expectations by utilizing scientific and sustainable management systems to produce products of the best quality, was under microscopic inspection to ensure that requirements for both ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 were met. Wonder Wraps is, subsequently, proud to announce that its factory has passed all relevant inspections with flying colors.

Wonder Wraps’ Jiangxi factory was built in accordance with GMP standards, which requires that the assembly line be dust and bacteria-free. In addition, all staff and workers entering the production line or laboratory must go through a sanitary process, whereby a combination of air fans and vents eliminate the presence of dust and bacteria. Our passion for sanitation is topped only by our commitment to quality, which is why our production equipment are all state-of-the-art machinery that utilizes laser technology to ensure accuracy in assembly and rejection of defects as thin as 1.5 millimeters thin. Coupled with imported raw materials that all have European CE certification, we have established a production facility that is both sanitized and quality-driven.

Outside of the facility’s hardware, we have established strict quality control and processes, and each of our products undergo at least 8 processes, 100 sample experiments, and over 30 testing procedures, with the goal of exceeding the national safety requirement by 10%. To obtain an objective view of the quality of our products, we conduct random sample extraction for testing by SGS, a global independent laboratory, to ensure all relevant legislations (GB15979/ GB/T28004/ GB/T33280) are complied with.

Even in post-production, testing of our products never stop. Random sampling extraction is conducted in the warehouse, and all samples are tested for absorption, liquid distribution, possible leaks, raw material composition, and more. Combined with a warehouse management system that also ensures high sanitation and cleanliness, our products are always in its best condition when it leaves our factory.

Director and Co-Founder Mr. Ray Wang revealed that, in-line with MGHL’s growth, the Jiangxi factory will be procuring several new machinery, pushing daily production to over 3 million pieces and monthly production to 100 million pieces. This will help the factory achieve even greater scale and satisfy currently unfulfilled demands of Wonder Wraps products.
