Standing Together: MGHL Donates One Million Masks to Henan
Battered by severe rainstorm and flooding, Zhengzhou, in the province of Henan has attracted the concern of the entire nation. To assist frontline rescue workers, Marvel Group Holdings Limited (“MGHL”) has donated one million face masks to the local Red Cross to ensure their safety. This donation was delivered on 27 July 2021.
The contribution from MGHL was received personally by Mr. Wang Wei, Vice Chairman of the Zhengzhou JinShui Red Cross as well as representatives from the two main recipients of the donation, the Zhengzhou JinShui City Planning Board and the Zhengzhou Public Transportation (No. 2) Company Limited. MGHL has been notified that the donated masks will be donated on the 28th of July 2021 so that essential rescue workers can work safety in cleaning up the aftermath of the rainstorm, which in turn will allow the city to normalize again.
Commenting on MGHL’s latest public welfare contribution, MGHL Director Mr. Ray Wang declares: We are part of a much larger community that needs to support each other, and MGHL will continue to play its role. Even though Henan is many miles away, we will do our best to help the people fight this natural disaster”.

MGHL had begun production of face masks in 2020 due to COVID-19, in an effort to alleviate the initial heavy lack of supply. It is now also thankful that its previous CSR initiatives have been able to assist in another relief effort.
