New Moms and Dads

Newborn babies require feeding every 3-4 hours, including during the night.  If you are juggling work with raising a child, you will undoubtedly experience fatigue quite quickly.  It is important that you seek help from your support group.  If you are not breastfeeding, schedule in the father in the feeding schedule.  If you are breastfeeding, an effective method would be to pump milk during the day and store it safely, so that the father can use it to feed the baby during the night.  Of course, help is not limited only to moms and dads: grandparents LOVE to help in any way they can, you just need to ask!
